In this masterclass, I guide singers in discovering their individual vocal potential and transforming it into a distinctive artistic statement.

Working with each participant's chosen repertoire, we explore voice, breath, phrasing, text, stylistic clarity and interpretation. The focus extends beyond vocal confidence to the essential connection between music, emotion and stage presence.

How does an aria become a story?

How does a voice become a character?

And how can interpretation grow into a personal artistic vision?

My many years of experience on international opera and concert stages are an integral part of the individual work with every singer.

The aim is free, vivid and truthful singing – shaped by personality, imagination and the courage to trust one's own voice.

PRIVATE MASTER SESSIONS

Individual One-to-One Work with Simone Kermes in Berlin

For a limited number of singers, I offer private one-to-one master sessions in a personal and focused setting in Berlin.

These sessions are not intended as regular weekly voice lessons. They provide concentrated artistic work on the individual voice and the singer's chosen repertoire.

The focus includes vocal technique, breath, style, interpretation, text, character development and stage presence. The sessions may also be used for the focused preparation of auditions, competitions, concerts and new roles.

Together, we do not search for a predetermined solution, but for the expression that truly belongs to the individual voice and personality.

Appointments are limited and available exclusively upon personal request.
